Returns/Exchanges
We always hope the treasures you find in the dungeon are 100% to your satisfaction, but if there is an issue, items can be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange please reach out to us either from the contact page, or by email at [email protected]. You can also contact us by phone at (402) 689-2612.
Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the shipped date, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns will be accepted for most items with the exceptions listed below.
After contact, and if confirmed, you should package your return securely, in the original package if possible, and mail it back to the store at the following address:

When we receive your returned item, we will then process your refund back to the same method used at payment. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your payment. If exchanging the product, we will ship the new product after we received your returned item.
Please note, the item must be in like-new condition and come back in original packaging, if it came with such. Also, you will not be reimbursed for original or return postage.
Merchandise Exceptions
Gift Cards - Cannot be returned.
Collectibles:
Funko - If you are attempting to exchange or return a Funko POP! Figure, you need to know small damage on the box will not be accepted. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we would hope every box is pristine, it isn’t always the case.
Figurines – Figurines will not be accepted unless all parts including the original box are included in the return.
Fashion Masks, Face Masks, Bandanas - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale/Clearance- All sale or clearance items purchased on the Starlite Dungeon are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
